Description:
Resistance Strength Bands
are an incredible versatile tool for adding resistance to stretching,
lifting, and bodyweight training exercises.
Ideal for assisted pull ups and dips. These resistance bands are best for general
conditioning, rehabilitation, stretching, jumping, speed training,
aerobics, and for lifters as assistance for the upper body to increase
the resistance for biceps and triceps. Resistance bands allow you to
build explosive strength, power and speed. By securing the bands to
barbells, dumbbells or machines they provide progressive resistance for
traditional exercises such as squats or the bench-press.
All
bands are made of 100% natural latex through a continuous layering
process to ensure long life. All bands are 41 in length and 3/8 thick.
Six different widths provide a range of resistance levels.
